Pascale Nectoux lives and works in France near the Loire river.

Her first source of inspiration is textiles, not canvas to paint on but a free piece of fabric.

She approches each new fabric wanting to discover "what this fabric is going to do to the painting. It's work almost without tools, on immersion a work involving energy, dynamism and gestures.

A kind of magic operates in moving around, crumpling and kneading a piece of cloth with colors and obtaining a pictures"

Throughout her work Pascale Nectoux confirms that her art results in a permanent blossoming of color.
